Studio Advantage #1
Ted's studio is equipped with two drumsets.  This allows students to hear and observe  the instructor, while having access to his/her own set.  It also allows two people to play together, which is of course an important part of playing music!
Studio Advantage #2
Ted's studio is fully soundproofed and there are no volume considerations to contend with.  Unlike most music stores that offer lessons, we do not need to use "sound-off" rubber pads to dampen the sound of the drums.  This is an important advantage because it's crucial that every musician learns how to develop a good sound on their instrument.  This is not possible when playing on rubber pads covering the drumset.
Studio Feature #3
Ted's studio is equipped with the latest computer technology.  Ted incorporates the use of computers and music sequencing programs, like Propellerhead's Reason, to help students get the feel for playing along with virtual "band mates."  Students will also be introduced to recording their playing using Ted's Digital Audio Workstation.  Students can also learn how to program hip-hop beats using Reason.
Studio Feature #4
Along with two drumsets, Ted's studio is equipped with percussion instruments, including congas, cowbells, shakers, and much more.  Students will get hands on experience with Latin percussion and rhythms.  There is also an electric piano that is used to help demonstrate musical concepts to drummers.
